Once You Book Your Order — You'll receive a confirmation text with your assigned cleaning date.

Reminder — The night before your service, we’ll send you a reminder text so you know we will be there tomorrow.

Service Day — Leave your bins on the curb just like you would for trash pickup.

Cleaning — Our driver arrives, performs a full deep-clean of your bins using our high-pressure, high-temperature equipment, and applies eco-friendly products to sanitize, deodorize, and degrease.

All Done — Once the cleaning is complete, we place your bins back on the curb and send you a “service complete” text.

We currently serve all of Northern VA, including Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Alexandria City, Arlington County, Prince William County, and Manassas City/Park. If you're outside these areas, feel free to reach out—we may still be able to fit you in.

We offer monthly, quarterly, and one-time cleanings. We can also accommodate bi-monthly service if scheduling allows—just contact our front desk to check availability.

We aim to come the day after your trash pickup, so your bins are empty and already at the curb.

Nope! But you’re more than welcome to come out and say hi if you're around.

Just leave your bins on the curb as you would for regular trash pickup. We’ll handle the rest.

Yes, bins must be empty for cleaning.

We do our best to work around your trash schedule. If there's no way to avoid overlap, our driver will carefully bag any trash (as long as the bin is not completely full), clean the bin, and place the bagged trash back inside. We don’t haul trash away.

Yes! We also clean yard bins or any additional bins you’d like serviced.

Yes, you can update your bin count at any time—just let us know.
